Senior software developer
A career opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious senior software developer, with an excellent knowledge of Python. Uniblue’s team of skilled developers place them at the heart of the company, and their work has a direct impact on our success. The chosen applicant will be joining this creative and motivated team of software engineers to help design and develop our web framework and high performance Windows applications.
You will be one of the leading forces in our team and be responsible for providing technical skills, creative input, practical problem solutions, and mentoring for your colleagues. You will have a strong programming background with at least 3 years of Python development, or of any other dynamic language such as Perl, Ruby or PHP. Previous experience of Django and PostgreSQL would also be considered an asset. The ideal candidate will be familiar with test driven development and have worked in an agile project management environment (preferably Scrum).
