The Canon iP2500 PIXMA printer can create high-quality 4 by 6 inch borderless pictures in less than a minute. It can also print rapidly in a spectrum of sizes up to a maximum size of A4, utilizing Easy Photo-Print. This competitively-priced printer has a resolution of 4800 by 1200 dpi, using 2 picoliter ink drops from Canon's proprietary FINE cartridges, resulting in photo-lab quality photo prints. The PIXMA printer includes a Canon matte photo paper bundle and the Creative CD to create tweakable images. Black and white pages can be printed at speeds of up to 22 pages each minute with the added black cartridge. Color pages can be printed at up to 17 per minute. Basic layouts can be created with the Easy LayoutPrint program, while web printouts are through Easy WebPrint. The Canon PIXMA iP2500 can run with Windows and Mac operating systems, using the USB 2.0 connectivity standard.
