DeskModem 1414VE provides the possibility of alarm vocal transfers and can communicate with COSTER modems GSM and COSTER modems MPF612 and MPD612. The modems must however be adjustable to standard dialing tone. It is utilized in TELECOSTER tele-management systems for transferring of vocal alarms to telephone units and also communicates through “Standard tone' with modems MPD 612, MPF 612 that are installed within the plant.
