The F996 is a flip phone, which has a 2.8-inch LCD vibrant color screen. The F996 supports simultaneous dual-SIM functions. It has networks and band ratings set at GSM 900, GSM 1800 and GSM 1900 MHz. The phone has a 3.0-inch screen and a 1.3 mega pixel camera, made up of 1280 x 960 pixels. In addition, the phone supports web camera functionalities, MP3 player, built-in FM radio and MP4 player. The playback formats supported by the F996 include MP3, MPEG4, 3GP and JPG. The phone can be fitted with a MicroSD card, which supports 256 MB to 8GB memory. The phone is further fitted with a USB disk function and Bluetooth functions. On purchase, the phone is fitted with a 256 MB TF card.
