The Fly prime SPO 34 enables high quality TV reception with full stereo sound on the PC. It also enables recording of TV programs and video capture from peripheral devices with the use of composite and S-video inputs. This device further facilitates still image snapshots and image editing functions. The Fly Prime SPO 34 utilizes an SAA7134 Philips chip equipped with a 9 bit video decoder and stereo decoder.
