First download the driver file for the QMS 2560 from the installation CD, the Logitech website or any accredited vendors and save it on your computer and unzip it as it downloads in a .zip format. Next connect your QMS 2560 to the computer. Right click on My Computer and select Properties and under the Hardware tab select Device Manager. Find your new QMS 2560 under the display category and double click on device and check the Reinstall Driver option. Next select the Install from specific location option and check the Include this location box. Select Browse to select the GCA driver and Next to continue and Finish button to complete installation. You might be required to restart the machine upon completion of installation.

This Logitech QuickCam is an excellent webcam that produces really crisp and clear pictures. What with resolutions of 1600×1200 pixels and an 80° coverage and frame rates of 30 Hz, auto-focus, a Carl Zeiss glass lens, built-in microphone, with a 6 foot USB cable and implements USB video device class standards. The initial package contains the webcam, an installation CD and an instruction manual. While doing the installation, avoid plugging in the webcam until prompted by the software. The picture and video quality is top of the pops and the webcam is very good in varying light conditions but struggles a little bit in bad lighting. It also has excellent face tracking and motion detection as well as a few more fun additions such as being able to customize images into various characters of your choice.
