Description:
The user can specify if the windows operating system should animate a window while minimizing, maximizing, and restoring the size of the window. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. Now, right click and modify the string value minanimate in the right panel to 0 which can disable animation while resizing window. However, if you want to enable the feature back, change the value data to 1. The changes take effect after a restart or logoff. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to <b> [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics\] </b>, right-click on "MinAnimate" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value "0" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
