Change the Internet Explorer source editor.
Internet Explorer gives the option to view the source of a webpage. By default, it launches "Notepad" when trying to view the source. However, you can make use of your favorite Text or HTML editor in place of "Notepad". This setting enables you to change the "Source Editor".

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit"

Second, go to <b>[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\]</b> and create a new key "View Source Editor" under "Internet Explorer" key.

Third, create a subkey as "Editor Name" under "View Source Editor".

Fourth, right-click on 'Default' and select 'Modify'.

Finally, set the 'Value Data' as complete path and filename of source editor that you wish to incorporate with Internet Explorer like "C:\Windows\system32\notepad.exe". Once you are done, click on 'OK'.
