First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".

Second, go to <b>[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\]</b> key and create a new key with the name "Internet Explorer" under "Microsoft".

Third, right-click in the open area to create a String Value with the name "Windows Update Menu Text" in "Internet Explorer" key.

Fourth, right-click on "Windows Update Menu Text" and click on 'Modify'.

Finally, type the custom text in the text box provided and click on 'OK'.
