This setting can be used to change the name "Recycle Bin" to the name of your choice.

Description:
The text recycle bin can be changed with a customized text that you what to make appear in its place. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. Now, right-click and modify the expandable string value localizedstring to the name that you want to appear in place of recycle bin. Important: we recommend that you copy the data of the localizedstring value in a .txt file and save it at a safe location, so that you may recover it in case of necessity. However, if you want the original name back, restore the value data with default value. Refresh view of your computer for the changes to take effect. Note: the default value for windows xp and windows 2003 is @%systemroot%\system32\shell32.dll,-8964 and for windows 2000 is @c:\winnt\system32\shell32.dll,-8964@1033,recycle bin (where c:\ is your default drive). When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the <b>[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}\]</b> key, right-click on the "LocalizedString" DWORD Value and click on "Modify".
Finally, enter the name that you want for the Recycle Bin in the text box and click on 'OK'.
