Rename Control Panel.
This setting can be used to change the name "Control Panel" to the name of your choice.

Description:
The text control panel can be changed with a customized text that you what to make appear in its place. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. You can create an expandable string value localizedstring, if this value does not exist. Now, right-click and modify the value with the name that you want to appear in place of control panel. Important: we recommend that you copy the data of the localizedstring value in a .txt file and save it at a safe location, so that you may recover it in case of necessity. However, if you want the original name back, delete the value. Refresh view of your computer for the changes to take effect. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".

Second, go to the <b>[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}\]</b> key, right-click on the right pane and click on "New > Expandable String Value" to create a new Expandable String value with the name "LocalizedString".

Third, right-click on the 'LocalizedString' Expandable String value and click on "Modify".

Finally, enter the name you want to appear in the text box provided and click on 'OK'.
