First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the <b>[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{00020D75-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}\]</b> key, right-click and click on "New > Expandable String Value" to create an Expandable String value with the name "LocalizedString".
Third, right-click on the 'LocalizedString' Expandable String value and click on "Modify".
Finally, enter the name of your choice in the text box and click on 'OK'.
