This setting disables the appearance of the context menu on Start Menu, taskbar and system tray.

Description:
This setting disables the context menu of start mneu, taskbar and system tray, including clock. However, the user can adopt other methods to issue commands on the context menu, when it is disabled. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. Here, create the dword value 'notraycontextmenu' in the right panel, if this value does not exist. Now, right-click and modify its value to 1 to disable context menu. However, if you want enable the option back, change the value data to 0 or delete the added value. The changes take effect after a restart or logoff. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to <b>[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\]</b>, right-click in the open area to create a new DWORD value "NoTrayContextMenu".
Third, right-click on the "NoTrayContextMenu" DWORD value and click on "Modify".
Finally, enter the value "1" in the 'Value Data' field and click on 'OK'.
