Block Internet Options dialog in Internet Explorer.
You can stop some of the features of Internet Explorer from functioning. One of the features that you can block is the Internet Options dialog on the Tools menu.

You can control some features and behaviors of internet explorer. By default, you can launch the internet options dialog from tools menu in internet explorer. But, with this setting, you can stop the internet options dialog from launching. Important: even if you enable the launch of internet options dialog, all the open internet explorer windows will not show this effect. For this, go to start > run, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. You can create a dword value nobrowseroptions at hkey_current_user and hkey_local_machine registry paths, if this value does not exist. Now, right-click and modify the value to 1 which can disable the internet options dialog in internet explorer from appearing. However, if you want to get back to the original state, change the value to 0. Restart internet explorer for the changes to take effect. Note: this feature works on internet explorer version 5 and above. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".

Go to <b>[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\]</b> key and create a new key with the name "Internet Explorer" under "Microsoft".

Then, create a "Restrictions" key under "Internet Explorer".

Now, right-click in the open area to create a DWORD Value with the name "NoBrowserOptions" in "Restrictions" key.

The created DWORD value will look like below.

Next, right-click on "NoBrowserOptions" and click on 'Modify'.

Finally, enter the value "1" in the text box and click on 'OK'. Once you are done, follow the above steps to create similar registry keys and DWORD value at <b>[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\]</b>.
