Hide the Help menu item For Netscape Users in Internet Explorer.
This setting can hide working knowledge tips for Netscape users by removing the Internet Explorers Help menu item "For Netscape Users".

This option will launch the page of help file which gives necessary tips for netscape users. But, using this registry setting you can hide the instant help feature for netscape users. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the hkey_current_user and hkey_local_machine registry path listed below. If any of the subkeys internet explorer\restrictions is not present, create it as explained below. Then, create a dword value nohelpitemnetscapehelp, if this value does not exist. Now, right-click and modify the value to 1 which can hide the option for netscape users. However, if you want to show the option back, change the value to 0. The changes take effect after a restart or logoff. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".

Go to <b>[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\]</b> key and create a new key with the name "Internet Explorer" under "Microsoft".

Then, create a "Restrictions" key under "Internet Explorer".

Now, right-click in the open area to create a DWORD Value with the name "NoHelpItemNetscapeHelp" in "Restrictions" key.

Next, right-click on "NoHelpItemNetscapeHelp" and click on 'Modify'.

Finally, enter the value "1" in the text box and click on 'OK'. Once you are done, follow the above steps to create similar registry keys and DWORD value at <b>[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\]</b>.
