This setting enables you to hide the Internet Explorers Help menu item Send Feedback.

Description:
If you like to send microsoft some feedback about some problem like system crash or finding some problem in file downloading, you can go to help > send feedback in internet explorer. Through this setting you can also hide this menu item send feedback. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the hkey_current_user and hkey_local_machine registry path listed below. If any of the subkeys internet explorer\restrictions is not present, create it as explained below. Then, create a dword value nohelpitemsendfeedback, if this value does not exist. Now, right-click and modify the value to 1 which can hide the feedback option. However, if you want to show the option back, change the value to 0. The changes take effect after a restart or logoff. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to <b>[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\]</b> key and create a new key with the name "Internet Explorer" under "Microsoft".
Then, create a "Restrictions" key under "Internet Explorer".
Now, right-click in the open area to create a DWORD Value with the name "NoHelpItemSendFeedback" in "Restrictions" key.
Next, right-click on "NoHelpItemSendFeedback" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value "1" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
