The search argument you pass to look for a file or folder in the search results window can be made to look only for such files/folders that matches the case-sensitivity of the argument. Say, essential is different from essential and essential, which makes three different files. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. You can create a dword value casesensitive, if this value does not exist. Now, right-click and modify the value to 1 which can use case-sensitivity with search. However, if you want to exclude the option, change the value to 0. The changes take effect after a restart or logoff. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.
