Restriction on changes to temporary file settings in general tab of Internet Explorer
This setting prevents you to make changes to "Temporary File settings in General Tab" of Internet Options.

Description:
The temporary file setting box records all the pages/files, whose storage area can also be set. These files may be cookies, which have been downloaded without your knowledge during surfing. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below after creating the subkey, \control panel\, if it does not exist. Create a dword value name cache in the right panel, if it does not exist. Right-click it and modify the data value with 1 to enable the setting and 0 to disable it. Click ok and close the registry editor. After restart of ie, changes take effect. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

First, click the Start button, and select Run. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit"

Second, go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\] and create a new key "Internet Explorer"

Third, create a subkey "Control Panel" under "Internet Explorer".

Fourth, create a DWORD value "Cache".

Now,right-click on "Cache" and select 'Modify'

Finally, set the "Value Data" to 1in the textbox provided and click on 'OK'.
