This setting prevents the background and text color changes of a Web page in Internet Explorer.

Description:
You can customize the appearance of a webpage by changing its color combination. To make changes access internet options in tools menu of internet explorer. The color button in the general tab lets you make changes in the color settings (text / background) of a webpage. By default, you have the standard windows colors. This registry setting can disable the color options which helps in giving a new look to the web pages. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. If any of the sub keys internet explorer\control panel is not present, create it as explained below. Then, create a dword value colors, if this value does not exist. Now, right-click and modify the value to 1 which can disable colors option. However, if you want to show the option back, change the value to 0. The changes take effect after a restart or logoff. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit"
Second, go to <b>[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\]</b> and create a new key "Internet Explorer."
Third, create a subkey "Control Panel" under "Internet Explorer".
Fourth, create a DWORD value "Colors".
Now,right-click on "Colors" and select 'Modify'
Finally, set the "Value Data" to 1in the textbox provided and click on 'OK'.
