This setting can disable the Certificates feature in Content tab of Internet Options dialog box, which withdraws the facility to make changes in the security certificate configuration.

Description:
You can use certificates to protect your personally identifiable information on the internet and to protect your computer from unsafe software. A certificate is a statement verifying the identity of a person or the security of a web site. To access the feature choose content tab in internet options dialog box in internet explorer. By using this setting you can disable the certificates option, which withdraws the facility to make changes in the personal security certificate configuration. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. If any of the sub keys internet explorer\control panel is not present, create it as explained below. Then, create a dword value certifpers, if this value does not exist. Now, right-click and modify the value to 1 which can disable certificates option. However, if you want to enable the option back, change the value data to 0 or delete the value. The changes take effect after a restart or logoff. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

First, click the Start button, and select Run. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to <b>[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\] </b>and create a new key "Internet Explorer".
Third, create a subkey "Control Panel" under "Internet Explorer".
Fourth, create a DWORD value " CertifPers".
Now,right-click on "CertifPers" and select 'Modify'.
Finally, set the 'Value Data' to 1in the textbox provided and click on 'OK'.
