This setting hides Taskbar and Start Menu item in the Start menu as well as turns off its functionality.

Description:
This setting removes the taskbar and start menu item from the settings menu in start menu. Similarly, right-click on taskbar and the click on the properties display a message, which informs you that the setting does not permit you to open the taskbar and start menu properties dialog box. Finally, the taskbar and start menu icon of the control panel is also hidden with this setting. For this, go to start > run, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. You can create a dword value nosettaskbar, if this value does not exist. Now, right-click and modify the value to 1 which can prohibit access to taskbar and start menu dialog. However, if you want to enable the item again, change the value data to 0 or delete the value. The changes take effect after a restart or logoff. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to <b>[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\]</b>,right-click in the open area to create a DWORD Value with the name "NoSetTaskbar" in "Explorer" key.
Next, right-click on "NoSetTaskbar" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value "1" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
