Disable install-on-demand for Internet Explorer

This setting disables you to install Microsoft approved add-ons to have better display of web page.

Description:
The install-on-demand makes internet explorer to ask whether you want to install microsoft components or microsoft approved third party components for better view of web page. This option can be disabled also. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below , if they are not existing. Now, create a dword value name nojitsetup in the right panel, if it does not exist. Right-click it and modify the data value with 1 to enable the setting and 0 to disable it. Click ok and close the registry editor. Restart the system or logoff to see the changes taking effect. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the <b>[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\]</b> key, right-click on the "NoJITSetup" DWORD value and click on "Modify".
Finally, enter the value "1" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
