Disable the shortcut of Microsoft Internet Explorer browser in new Start menu (For All Users).

For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. Now, create a string value nostartpage, if this value does not exists, and leave the data blank. This removes the shortcut to the browser. However, if you want to get the browser shortcut back in start menu, delete the string value. The changes take effect after a restart or logoff. Note: the restrictions will apply on all user accounts created on your system. First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the <b>[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\Applications\iexplore.exe\]</b> key, right-click on the blank area in the right pane and click on "New > String Value" to create a new String value with the name "NoStartPage".
The created String value will look like below.
