This setting enables you to modify the URL when you click on Help -> Microsoft On The Web -> Online Support in Outlook Express.

Description:
Normally, the help url of outlook express takes you to microsofts support page but you can redirect the link to some other website of your choice by modifying the url value. For this, go to start > run, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. You can create a string value helpurl, if this value does not exist. Now, right-click and modify the value with the desired url which you want to show in outlook express. However, if you want to show the microsofts page back, delete the value. Restart outlook express for the changes to take effect. Note: the unique identity key is unique for each user identity. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to <b>[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{Unique Identity}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express\5.0\] </b>,right-click in the open area to create a String Value with the name "HelpUrl" in "5.0" key.
Next, right-click on "HelpUrl" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the URL of your choice like "http://www.google.com" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
