First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".

Second, go to the <b>[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}\]</b> key, right-click on the "Default" value and click on "Modify".

Finally, enter the name you want for the Recycle Bin and click on 'OK'.
