This setting can be used to change the name "Recycle Bin" to the name of your choice.

Description:
The text recycle bin can be changed with a customized text that you what to make appear in its place. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. Now, right-click and modify the default string value with the desired name that you want to appear in place of recycle bin. The changes take effect after a restart or logoff. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the <b>[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}\]</b> key, right-click on the "Default" value and click on "Modify".
Finally, enter the name you want for the Recycle Bin and click on 'OK'.
