This setting makes start high priority as the default command to execute, when the executable file (.exe) is double-clicked, and it appears on top in the context menu of .exe files. This command forces windows to execute the currently selected executable file (.exe) with maximum priority. This option may affect the stability, performance and speed of the system because you may have put some more programs in queue without noticing their number. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. Create the subkey \systshp as explained below. Now, change the value data of default string value under systshp to customized string of your choice like start high priority. Then, create another sub key with the name command under systshp and change the value data of default string value to [cmd.exe /c start systshp /high %1]. However, if you want to revert to the original context menu condition, delete the added subkeys and changed values. The changes take effect after a restart or logoff.
