This setting can disable the "Lock Computer" button when you press down CTRL+ALT+DELETE key combination.

Description:
Windows displays the windows security dialog box when ctrl+alt+delete key combination is pressed. Upon pressing the lock computer button your system locks down, preventing everyone except you or a system administrator from unlocking your system and viewing any open files or programs. To avoid users from activating this command, you can deactivate the button using this registry setting. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. You can create a dword value disablelockworkstation in the right panel, if this value does not exist. Now, right-click and modify its value to 1 which can disable computer locking. However, if you want to show the enable the button, change the value data to 0 or delete the added value name. The changes take effect after a restart or logoff. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the <b>[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\]</b> key, right-click on the blank area in the right pane and click on "New > DWORD Value" to create a new DWORD value with the name "DisableLockWorkstation".
Third, right-click on the 'DisableLockWorkstation' DWORD value and click on "Modify".
Finally, enter the value "1" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
