This setting can let you to show hot keys on menu items.

So, hot keys can be accessed by pressing alt + underlined key, which will have the same effect as clicking the menu item using a pointing device. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. Now, right-click and modify the binary value userpreferencesmask, in the right panel to b0 3e 05 80. However, if you want to hide the hot keys back, change the value data to 90 3e 05 80. The changes take effect after a restart or logoff. First, click the Start button, and select Run. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit"

Second, go to <b>[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\UserPreferencesMask]</b> and right-click on "UserPreferencesMask" and select 'Modify'.

Finally change the Binary Value to "B0 3E 05 80" and click 'OK'.
