Change icon size
This setting is used to change the size for the icons to suit your desktop.

Description:
The sizes of the icons can be changed to suit your requirements on the desktop. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. Create a reg_sz string value name "shell icon size" (if this value doesn't exist). Right click on the option shell icon size, and from the drop down menu, select modify. Restart your system. Note: this will also affect your start menu and the large icon view in windows explorer. Screenshots

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".

Second, go to the <b>[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics\]</b> key, right-click on the "Shell Icon Size" String value and click on "Modify".

Finally, enter the user-defined value in the text box and click on 'OK'.
