Hide 'Set Program Access and Defaults' in Add/Remove Programs
If you not want to show Set Program Access and Defaults option then set from this tweak from Add/Remove Programs.

Description:
This restriction is used to hide the option "set program access and defaults" in the add or remove programs page. This feature enables the users to configure the default applications used on the pc. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. If any of the subkeys \currentversion\policies\uninstall\ is not present, create it as explained below. Create a reg_dword value name "nochooseprogramspage" (if this value doesn't exist). Right click on the option nochooseprogramspage, and from the drop down menu, select modify. Enter the value "1" to enable the setting. Close the registry. Restart the system. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".

Second, go to the <b>[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\]</b> key, right-click and click on "New > Key" to create a new key with the name "Uninstall".

Third, right-click on the blank area in the right pane and click on "New > DWORD Value" to create a new DWORD value with the name "NoChooseProgramsPage".

Fourth, right-click on the 'NoChooseProgramsPage' DWORD value and click on "Modify".

Finally, enter the value "1" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
