Need secure key combination (Ctrl+Alt+Del) before logon
This setting enables you to force the user to press the secure key combination (CTRL + ALT + DEL) to log into the system.

This setting enables you to force the user to press the secure key combination (ctrl + alt + del) to log into the system. Windows can also logon automatically. This means that you dont have to press the secure key combination (ctrl + alt + del). If you work with a secure system, you can enable this setting. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. You can create a dword value disablecad, if this value does not exist. Now, right-click and modify the value to 1 which can disable the secure key combination on logon. However, if you want to get back to the original state, change the value to 0. Note: this setting will only work, if you use the classic logon mode, but if you use the windows welcome logon mode, you won't be forced to press the secure key combination (strg + alt + del). When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".

Second, go to the <b>[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\]</b> key, right-click on the blank area in the right pane and click on "New > DWORD Value" to create a new DWORD value with the name "DisableCAD".

Third, right-click on the 'DisableCAD' DWORD value and click on "Modify".

Finally, enter the value "1" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
