Customize the Windows logon and security dialog title
This setting lets you add text to the title of the standard Windows Logon and Windows Security dialog boxes.

Description:
This setting allows you to add additional text to the title of the standard windows logon and windows security dialog boxes. Window caption will be displayed besides the original caption of the login window. Normally, no message is displayed on the logon box. You can enter the message after this setting is completed and it will be displayed above username and password at the login time. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. Now, create a string data name welcome, if not existing, in the right panel. Right-click it and enter the message you want to display like write caption. If you want to get back to the original state, then delete the subkey winlogon. After restart or logoff, changes take effect. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".

Go to <b>[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\]</b>,right-click in the open area to create a String Value with the name "Welcome" in "Winlogon" key.

Next, right-click on "Welcome" and click on 'Modify'.

Finally, enter the value "User Defined Message" without quotation in he text box and click on 'OK'. Once you are done. After a restart or logoff, the changes take effect.
