Set Outlook Today for appointment and tasks in coming days
This setting lets you define the number of days in Outlook today in Microsoft XP/2002, you will like to view your appointments and tasks.

Outlook today allows you to set the number of days you wish to see your appointments and tasks. Normally, you can configure a maximum of seven days. With this setting, you can configure nearly and number of days, for example if you wish to see your appointments and tasks for the next 14 days, type in 14. Note: the options of outlook today will display 7 even if you have configured more days here. This can be ignored, the value you set here will be in effect. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. If the subkeys \11.0\outlook\today is not present, create it as explained below. Then, create a string value name caldays, if this value does not exist. Now, right-click and modify the value data box with 5. Click ok and close the registry editor. Logoff or restart your system. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type 'regedit'.

Next, go to <b> [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Today\] </b> and create a String value as 'CalDays'.

Now right click on the String value 'CalDays' and select 'Modify'.

Finally set 'User Defined Number of Days' and click 'OK'.
