This setting lets you clear the most recent file list of Power Point in MS Office 2003.

Description:
Windows has the ability to save the files, which you have opened most recently and lets you see them but if you do not want others to see the list, you can clear it. Microsoft front page defines the recent files as those, which were used within the last 30 days. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below - \11.0\ powerpoint\recent file list. Now, create string value name file(1n), if this value does not exist and delete the list to enable the setting. Click ok to close the registry. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to <b>[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0 \PowerPoint\Recent File List\]</b>, in the open area, right-click on all those you want delete "File (1...n)" and click on 'Delete',Once you are done. After a restart or logoff, the changes take effect.
