Define the location of your template folder path of Microsoft Office 2000.
This setting enables you to define the location of your templates folder path for Microsoft Office.

Description: This setting enables you to change the default path of templates folder to user defined path. Before you go throught this setting please close all microsoft office programs. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. You can create a string value usertemplates, if this value does not exist. Now, right-click and modify the value to your preferred folder (for example like c:\microsoft office\templates) which can define the location of your template folder path of microsoft office.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit". |

Second, go to the <b>[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Common\General\]</b> key, right-click on the blank area in the right pane and click on "New > String Value" to create a new String value with the name "UserTemplates". |

Third, right-click on the 'UserTemplates' String value and click on "Modify". |

Finally, enter the user-defined folder like C:\Microsoft Office\Templates in the text box and click on 'OK'. |
