Description: This setting enables you to define the default location of your powerpoint folder for microsoft office. Before you go throught this setting please close all microsoft office programs. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. If any of the subkeys recentfolderlist is not present, create it as explained below. Then, edit the string value default. Now, right-click and modify the value to your preferred folder (for example like c:\microsoft office\ powerpoint files folder) which can define default location of powerpoint folder of microsoft office.

Second, go to the <b>[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\PowerPoint\]</b> key, right-click and click on "New > Key" to create a new key with the name "RecentFolderList". |

Third, right-click on the blank area in the right pane and click on "New > String Value" to create a new String value with the name "Default". |

Fourth, right-click on the 'Default' String value and click on "Modify". |
