Disable the ability to customize toolbar in Internet Explorer (For Current User).
This setting prevents you from determining which icons should appear in the Internet Explorer Standard toolbars.

Description:
In internet explorer, if you select the customize option in toolbars sub-menu of the view menu, you can set which icons should appear in the standard toolbar. This setting disables this feature. For this, go to start > run, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. You can create a dword value notoolbarcustomize, if this value does not exist. Now, right-click and modify the value to 1 which can disable the ability to customize the toolbar. However, if you want to get back to the original state, change the value to 0. The changes will take effect after a restart or logoff. Note: this setting can be applied to windows explorer as well. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".

Second, go to <b>[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\]</b>, right-click on the open area to create a new DWORD value "NoToolbarCustomize".

Third, right-click on the "NoToolbarCustomize" DWORD value and click on 'Modify'.

Finally, enter the value "1" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
