This setting enables you to customize the size (Small or Large) of the icons used for the toolbar of Internet Explorer.

Description:
This setting enables you to customize the size (small or large) of the icons used for the toolbar of internet explorer. If you enable this setting, you will have small icons on your toolbar, but by default, there are big icons on your toolbar. For this go to "start->run" and enter "regedit" and search the key listed below. You can create one string value "smallicons", if this value is not existing. Now you can set this value to get small icons for your toolbar. After a restart or logoff the changes take effect. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the <b>[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\SmallIcons\]</b> key, right-click on the "SmallIcons" String value and click on "Modify".
Finally, enter the value "yes" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
