With this setting you disable the style "windows and buttons", so you cant set it according your preferences. For this go to "start->run" and enter "regedit" and search the key listed below. You can create one dword value "novisualstylechoice", if this value is not existing. Now you can set this value to disable the style "windows and buttons" of your desktop theme. After a restart or logoff the changes take effect. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

Second, go to <b>[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\] </b> and create a new key as "System".

Create a new 'DWORD value' as " NoVisualStyle Choice ".

Right Click on "NoVisualStyleChoice" and select 'Modify'.

Fianlly, set the value data as "1" and click 'OK'.
