Description:
This setting enables you to disallow the themes tag, so a user cant choose a different theme. A desktop theme is a graphical user interface (gui) referring to the interests of the user that represents ordinary sounds, icons, pointer, wallpaper or screensaver. For this go to "start->run" and enter "regedit" and search the key listed below. You can create one dword value "notoolbarcustomize", if this value is not existing. Now you can set this value to disallow the desktop themes tag. After a restart or logoff the changes take effect. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

First, click the 'Start' button and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to <b>[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\]</b>, right-click in the open area and create a new DWORD value "NoThemesTab".
Third, right-click on the "NoThemesTab" DWORD value and click on "Modify".
Finally, enter the value "1" in the 'Value Data' field and click on 'OK'.
