Hide system clock from notification area (For Current User).
This option hides the system clock from the notification area generally called as system tray.

Description: The timer library implements the system clock. However, you can hide the system clock from the notification area - generally called as system tray. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. You can create a dword value hideclock, if this value does not exist. Now, right-click and modify the value to 1 which can hide system clock. However, if you want to show the clock back, change the value to 0 or delete the added value. The changes take effect after a restart or logoff.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit". |

Go to <b>[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\]</b> , right-click in the open area to create a DWORD Value with the name "HideClock" in "Explorer" key. |

Next, right-click on "HideClock" and click on 'Modify'. |
