Add your own balloon tip for your first Windows logon
This setting enables you to add your own balloon tips for your first Windows logon.

Description:
This setting enables you to add your own balloon tips for your first windows logon. If you use this setting, you can use any kinds of tips like quotes, jokes or opinions etc. You have to consider that the ids go from 1 to n(n is any natural number) and that every balloon tip has its own unique number. For this go to "start->run" and enter "regedit" and search the key listed below. You can create one string value "id"(any natural number from 1 to n), if this value is not existing. Now you can set this value to add your balloon tip for the first windows logon. After a restart or logoff the changes take effect. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".

Go to <b> [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explore r\Tips\]</b>,right-click in the open area to create a String Value with the name "ID" (where ID=1 to n, should choose next number to already present there ) in "Tips" key.

Next, right-click on "ID" (where ID=1 to n, that number you choose) and click on 'Modify'.

Finally, enter the value "User Defined Tip" without quotation in the text box and click on 'OK'. Once you are done. After a restart or logoff, the changes take effect.
