This tweak is use to disable the Balloon Tips of the folders.

Description:
A new feature in win xp is the balloon tips which helps the average user to understand what is happening on the computer. More experienced users dont need feedback all the time, so the balloon tips can become superfluous. By using this tweak you are able to configure their behavior. For this, go to start > run menu, enter "regedit" and navigate to the registry path listed below. You can create a dword value "foldercontentsinfotip", if this value does not exist. Now, right-click and modify the value to "0" to disable balloon tips. Log off or restart your system for the change to take effect. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to <b> [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer \Advanced\]</b>, in the open area right-click on "FolderContentsInfoTip" and click on 'Modify'.
right-click on "FolderContentsInfoTip" and click on 'Modify'. Finally, enter the value "0" (Base Hexadecimal) without quotation in he text box and click on 'OK'. Once you are done. After a restart or logoff, the changes take effect.
