This tweak allows you to disable the automatic daylight saving adjustment.

Description:
Windows automatically changes the system clock for daylight saving on the computer time zones. Time zone setting comes built-in for changes to the daylight saving time in the registry in windows. This setting does not change even if the time zone is changed. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. You can create a dword value disableautodaylighttimeset in the right panel, in the right panel, if this value does not exist. Now, right-click and modify its value to 1 which can disable daylight saving. However, if you want enable the option back, change the value data to 0 or delete the added value. The changes take effect after a restart or logoff. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Go to <b> [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TimeZone Information\]</b>,right-click in the open area to create a DWORD Value with the name "DisableAutoDaylightTimeSet" in "TimeZoneInformation" key.
Next, right-click on "DisableAutoDaylightTimeSet" and click on 'Modify'.
Finally, enter the value "1" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
