Description: Windows records each and every step, the user takes to run his/her job like the information about the application run. It has to use its resources to collect and save them, so that it can customize its feature, personalized menus. My recent documents menu is used by this feature also as the most recent documents are moved to top and not used documents are made to hide. Very few users attempt to use this information. The user tracking can be disabled through some changes in the registry. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. You can create a dword value noinstrumentation in the right panel, in the right panel, if this value does not exist. Now, right-click and modify its value to 1 which can disable user tracking. However, if you want enable the option back, change the value data to 0 or delete the added value. The changes take effect after a restart or logoff.
