Description: Windows include a new scan code mapper, which provides a method that allows for mapping of scan codes provided by an input device. By using this tweak you can disables the windows key that is found between the ctrl and alt keys on a windows enhanced keyboard using scan code mapper. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. You can create a binary value scancode map, if this value does not exist. Now, right-click and modify the value to 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 03 00 00 00 00 00 5b e0 00 00 5c e0 00 00 00 00 to disable windows key. The changes take effect after a restart or logoff.
