Description:
By using this tweak you able to change the image or web page that is shown when the active desktop is disabled due to a system error. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. Now, right-click and modify the expandable string value wallpaper, in the right panel, with complete path to the new file. However, if you want to show the default screen, replace new path with earlier. The changes take effect after a restart or logoff. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the <b> [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Desktop\SafeMode\General\]</b> key, right-click on the "Wallpaper" Expandable String value and click on "Modify".
Finally, enter complete path of the new file in the text box and click on 'OK'.
