Description:
It is a common practice in a network environment to send the print job messages by the user to the spooled printer. It picks them up serially or may be on priority-wise if ordered to. Printer sends back the message of job completion to the computer from where it had received the message. The user can make some changes in the registry to receive this message either on the computer, which he/she is using or from where the message was sent. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. Now, right-click and modify the dword value netpopuptocomputer, in the right panel, to 1 which can direct your print jobs. However, if you want to disable the feature, change the value data to 0. The changes take effect after a restart or logoff. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.
