This tweak enables you to use the custom search page in Internet Explorer.

Description:
Internet explorer can be configured to display custom search page when you click search on the internet explorer toolbar. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. You can create a dword value name, use custom search url in the right panel, if this value does not exist. Now, right-click this value name and modify the value data with 1 to display custom search page and 0 to disable it. The changes take effect after a restart or logoff. Note: if this tweak is disabled then customized search bar values are ignored in internet explorer 5. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type "regedit".
Second, go to the <b>[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\]</b> key, right-click on the "Use Custom Search URL" DWORD Value and click on "Modify".
Finally, enter the value "1" in the text box and click on 'OK'.
