This tweak lets you swap the mouse buttons around to make the right the primary and left secondary.

Description:
By default, the left mouse button is the primary mouse button and the right is the secondary. This tweak lets you swap those buttons around to make the right the primary, which may be useful for left handed users. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. Now, right-click and modify the dword value swapmousebuttons to 1, which can reverse mouse button operation. However, if you want to get back to the original state, change the value to 0. The changes take effect after a restart or logoff. When editing the registry it is highly recommended to run a quick scan for optimization, you can test your system now for free.

First, click the 'Start' button, and select 'Run'. In the resulting dialog box, type 'regedit'.
Next, go to <b>[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Mouse\] </b> and right click on the String value 'SwapMouseButtons' and select 'Modify'.
Finally, set the value data as '1' to reverse the functionality of Mouse buttons.
