Description: By default, the left mouse button is the primary mouse button and the right is the secondary. This tweak lets you swap those buttons around to make the right the primary, which may be useful for left handed users. For this, go to start > run menu, enter regedit and navigate to the registry path listed below. Now, right-click and modify the dword value swapmousebuttons to 1, which can reverse mouse button operation. However, if you want to get back to the original state, change the value to 0. The changes take effect after a restart or logoff.
